Returns and Refund Policy

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer, provided that the product has not been opened, worn, or damaged. Unfortunately, since these suits are kind of like underwear and there is the danger that they have touched your junk, we gotta have a refund policy that reflects this. If you have worn your suit and wish to return it, we must charge a $20 restocking fee. To try to make it up to you, we also give you $20 in store credit.

You can also return a suit for a replacement. The exact same restrictions apply here.

All refunds either go through PayPal, or they are provided as a credit on your credit card. You can contact us at rootsuit@gmail.com, or use the contact form on this website. You must paste a copy of your confirmation email with your return/refund inquiry, or provide your transaction ID number.
